From order to dispatch
- You place your order and receive payment instructions on screen and by email.
- Payment clears. We accept Bitcoin, with bank transfer (ACH / wire) coming soon. For Bitcoin, payment clears once the transaction is confirmed on the network and you have replied with your transaction ID. For bank transfer, it clears once the funds reach our account. If you want to pay another way, contact us by live chat or email before sending any payment.
- The order is reviewed. We check stock, batch documentation and that the order is consistent with our research-use-only policy.
- We pack and ship in plain, discreet packaging. If your payment clears before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day, your order ships the same day. After that, it ships the next business day. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as it leaves us.
Weekends and major holidays are not processing days. Transit times are estimates from the carrier and can be longer in busy periods, bad weather or carrier disruption.
Do peptides survive shipping without refrigeration?
Our compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Removing the water is what makes peptides stable enough to transport: in dry form they generally tolerate normal transit temperatures for the few days a shipment takes. Long-term stability is a different matter, which is why storage on arrival is important.
Where a product has specific handling requirements, they are noted on its product page, label or certificate of analysis.
What to do when your order arrives
- Inspect the package before opening. If it is visibly damaged, take photos.
- Check each vial for cracks, broken seals or missing caps.
- Match the batch numbers on your vials to the certificates on our COA Lookup page.
- Store promptly. Most lyophilized peptides are kept frozen at around -20 °C, sealed and away from light and moisture. Follow any product-specific notes.
- Contact us quickly if anything is wrong, with your order number, tracking number and photos.
International orders
We ship to most international destinations. A few things to know:
- Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, but customs processing and local postal services can add time.
- Import rules for research chemicals differ between countries. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules where you are, including any duties or taxes charged on arrival.
- We may decline orders to destinations where we cannot ship accurately, safely or lawfully.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking stops updating, a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, or it arrives damaged, contact our support team as soon as possible. Include your order number, tracking number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier and let you know the outcome. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: packages sent to an incorrect address can be delayed or returned.
