Sensitive Product Handling
Research-use compounds require controlled handling and documentation discipline. For that reason, PeptiCore Labs reviews refund and replacement requests based on order records, product condition, packaging condition, carrier activity, and documented fulfillment issues.
General Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of research-use compounds, PeptiCore Labs may limit returns after products have shipped. Products that have been opened, used, altered, improperly stored, or removed from their original condition are not eligible for return.
Eligible Issues
PeptiCore Labs may review refund, replacement, or store credit requests for confirmed fulfillment errors, incorrect items, damaged packages, missing items, or other documented order issues. Customers must contact support with the order number, product details, and clear photos where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact PeptiCore Labs support within a reasonable time after delivery. Include photos of the outer package, product packaging, label, and any visible damage. Do not discard packaging until support has reviewed the issue.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order has entered fulfillment. Once an order is packed, shipped, or transferred to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.
Shipping Delay Cancellations
If an order is delayed before shipment and cancellation is available under applicable shipping or order rules, PeptiCore Labs may cancel the order and issue an eligible refund through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
PeptiCore Labs may decline refunds for customer address errors, refused deliveries, failure to retrieve a delivered package, buyer misuse, buyer storage issues, opened products, or requests based on prohibited human-use, clinical-use, or therapeutic-use expectations.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. Shipping fees, handling costs, or carrier fees may be non-refundable unless required by company review or applicable policy.
